How long it takes
Once we have everything we need to prepare your Memorytale, we prepare and ship within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after your order ships.
- Self-Load Edition — after we receive your finished video, we prepare and ship within 3 business days. Add 5–7 business days for delivery.
- Edited Edition — editing usually takes 5–7 business days after we receive your footage. Then we prepare and ship within 3 business days, plus 5–7 business days for delivery.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Singapore, Hong Kong.
Shipping is included in the price shown at checkout. Duties or import taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility depending on your country's rules.
Tracking
When your order ships, we add a tracking number to your private order page and email you so you can follow the delivery.
