Returns & refunds

If your Memorytale isn't right for you, request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Email hello@memorytale.com with your order link or email used at checkout. We'll send return instructions right away.

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Ship it back in sellable condition (original packaging when possible).
3. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days after we confirm receipt.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we cover return shipping and replace or refund at your choice.

If your Memorytale arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, tell us within 30days with a short photo or video. We'll replace it or refund you in full — no runaround.

Custom cover text (names and date) is made for you; we still honor the 30-day refund if you return the keepsake. We can't refund digital editing work alone without returning the physical product, because the film is loaded into the book as one piece.
